  While getting a filling, he said "Oops!". The assistant said, "Are you going to redo that?" He replied, "No." (I sensed the assistant was a little surprised). I don't know what happened, but afterward the filling kept poking my cheek inside my mouth. I ended up making an appointment the very next day to get it fixed. At that appointment, he took out the filling & replaced with a new one. I understand mistakes happen, but it is good customer service to make sure you send your patient out the door with what you would want yourself or your family to be sent out the door with. Dental work is very important. We carry that work around with us every day of our lives. If it is obvious to you and your assistant you made an "oops", handle it right there b/c you are proud of your work and care about your patient. Later that week, I told my mom about my experience and she said if I had asked her first, she would have warned me not to go to Dr. Lynn. Allegedly the filling she had him put in fell out in no time. I hate writing a bad review, but I rely heavily on reviews myself and based on my experience, I feel his rating is higher than it should be. 2 stars is because he did fix it the 2nd time, no questions asked. Although, I did have to take the time away from my schedule to see him a second time when I shouldn't have had to.
