- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Really, really awful. Ordered glasses almost a month ago and still do not have them. I have called twice to check up on them and both times was treated poorly. Today I called to ask about the status of my glasses and none of the staff could locate them. I was transferred to 3 different people and never apologized to for any inconvenience. The women on the phone thought it was hilarious. Even heard some of the staff in the background laughing and claiming "I don't even know who this chick is". Have been going to eyeworks for 4 years and never been treated with such disrespect. Truly disappointed and unhappy my experience.April 02, 2017by Emily Love
